V. 1.03 Crash/Quality of Life Update

There was an issue with late-game crashes that should be fixed with this update. There's also a few quality-of-life improvements, such as items being easier to unlock and a few small corrections here and there.

Also added credits and fixed some other miscellaneous bugs with the item codex/selection system that prevented players from clearing an item from the selection after it had been chosen.
