V 1.14 Sound Effects, Bug Fixes, and Fullscreen

- Added sound effects to most of the game (courtesy of freesound.org), plus some miscellaneous adjustments elsewhere

- Fixed issue with inventory codex not loading properly

- Set game to fullscreen mode in the hopes of fixing window sizing issue
